Casper - Fulton Market

I came in to purchase a mattress during the Black Friday sale and asked the customer service representative if they are able to deliver to my address. She assured me that this was possible. Weeks went by and no update. I followed up only to be told that there was an error in the system and they actually cannot deliver to my address. Not only am I out of a mattress now, I have to pay full price for a replacement. Awful customer service.

I ordered the box springs and it was missing a part for assembly. Its been several months and even after several calls they still havent sent the part needed.

Just wanted to note how continuously pleased with the level of customer service at this location I am. Thomas and his team have been great since Day 1, but when my partner and I had an issue with our adjustable base Thomas was on it! He was so helpful getting us what we needed. Also, big kudos to Fernando at Customer Support who was SO communicative and helpful throughout the process. Well stay Casper customers and continue to recommend to our friends because of how great this team is!
