We state in our refund policy that all sales are final unless the couch physically isn't able to get through the doors of your house.This was not the case, the couch just isn't the exact size you wanted.Over the past few days we have both been giving you tips on how to sell your couch faster on online marketplaces as well as connecting you with potential buyers that were interested in the couch you purchased.I would say we have provided the exact opposite of "horrible customer service"According to your Facebook marketplace listing, the couch is in "like new condition" which it is true.Your Google review claiming couches are low quality is simply not true, as you yourself agree it is in like new condition.Thank you for understanding and we are still willing to give more tips on how to sell your couch faster.Update: We helped connect Alyx and Martin to a buyer who purchased the couch from them. From the moment we found out that the size of couch wasn't what they had envisioned for their space, we did everything in our power to help them sell the couch, and we continued to do so even after the inaccurate reviews were left by the two.
