        I expected to spend less but its been awhile that i purchased a mattress and our health is much important than money. I have been sleeping on the new mattress for several days now and my lower pain has subsided, not totally cured but new bed is working great. Folks at the store very helpful explaining and be patience with us. tried about 7 different models so it all worked out. thanks

        TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE!! Victor and his colleague, Candace were PHENOMENAL to work with! From the beginning to the end, Victor thoroughly explained all my options, he educated me on how to care for the mattress, was patient, respectful, and kind, and he made me feel at home! I didn't feel pressured in any way or rushed. Very knowledgeable on all mattresses and tried the ones that best fit my health needs! Both provided great customer service and exceeded my expectations. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Victor or just the South Loop location in general as you will not be disappointed! Thank you Mattress Firm & your wonderful team! Can't wait to try out my new mattress & adjustable base!
