I went to BoxDrop Mattress Logan Square and they have the best mattress ever soft firm whatever you need also bed frames and the salesman was very helpful and makes sure you have the mattress that you want I will be shopping there again you will love it

My husband and I had a great experience shopping at BoxDrop Mattress. The owners were helpful and attentive without pressuring us into making a purchase. We came in just wanting to test out the Nectar, but after trying basically all of the firm mattresses in store (thanks for your patience Todd) we found one we liked more for almost half the price! They also offer delivery at a reasonable price, and we were able to wait to schedule it until our home reno project was complete. We'll be heading back for future mattress purchases!

I had a fantastic experience with this location. Elisabeth contacted me ahead of time to confirm my appointment and provide address. Upon arriving her husband, Todd, was knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection of quality, well priced mattresses. I'm so happy with my purchase. Customer service A+. Todd even personally delivered the mattress. I couldn't recommend this place enough. My wife and I purchased our mattress from Big Drop Mattress Logan Square and it couldnt have been a better experience! This is a local family store within our community and after visiting several chain stores - this was a breath of fresh air. We worked with Todd and he was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we tried on the various mattresses in his catalog. Todd listened to our needs and was able to help us find the king size mattress and adjustable base that fit perfect for my wife and I. We were able to take the mattress home with us but the base was set for delivery. Todd and his wife communicated with us as we all waited for the adjustable base to be delivered. We had a great experience and are excited to begin our journey with our new bed! Thank you!
