Izzy was a pleasure to work with. Throughout the entire procedure, he was very professional and straightforward. He immediately offered the insured FedEx label as soon as I decided to send in my rings. Despite my anxiety, I sent my priceless items by mail. He made sure I felt at ease and understood how the shipping procedure worked. The following day, not long after we finalized the sale, the fund was wired into my account. The sale was completed quickly and easily. He also sent the one inexpensive ring back for free via FedEx overnight.
