CIRCA - Diamond, Jewelry & Watch Buyers

Received a $3200 check from here after selling a watch. Went to deposit it into my bank account and the check came back as insufficient funds. They use Citi bank. I would check with them to make sure they have available funds to back their checks before depositing anything. I now have to wait and have my bank continuously try to verify the check until it works.

I was gifted a gold pen and pencil set from Tiffany's that I had no real use for. I made an appointment online and brought them into the Chicago office and met Carter.
