We always enjoy our experience with Wabash Jewelers, especially with John Sarmiento. John is extremely knowledgeable on fine jewelry and I had the opportunity to upgrade my diamond that we purchased 5 years ago to another one slightly bigger and still with excellent quality. They are extremely patient, never pushy, and always want you to leave satisfied. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend!

I went to Wabash Jewelers to have my engagement ring resized and I could not be happier! My fiance told me I would have to mail my engagement ring in to have it resized and that it could take up to two weeks. I did not want to wait that long so I went to Wabash Jewelers after reading all the great reviews and I am so glad I did! I walked in and was promptly greeted, they measured my finger, and I was out in a little over one hour! I have never worn a ring before so I had no clue what my size was, but they kept tweaking the size until it was perfect. Highly recommend!

Sent me a defective ring with diamonds set crooked and at varying heights that I now have to pay a trustworthy jeweler to modify. Priority shipping was terribly slow and they offered no help in mitigating this concern. Very slow to communicate and respond after I expressed my dissatisfaction with quality of the item. I gave them a bad review on Ebay for poor communication and product quality, (which they earned) and they somehow had my online review removed. Disreputable company!

WOW!!! This was the easiest online purchase I ever made. I felt like I had a friend in the jewelry business. Worked with me the whole way and took care of some extra requests I had. Got exactly what I paid for. I wont hesitate to recommend them.Thanks so so much!!
