My experience working with Rory at Northwind was perfect from start to finish. Rory came out to do a bid and had a fully detailed proposal by end of day. The pricing was competitive and fair. Communication was timely during the entire process. The work included adding back the HVAC zones and controls that had been removed and an existing heat pump hooked up. It had been installed as an A/C unit only. Rory had the knowledge and he and Fernando did the work. When they were done, everything cleaned up as it was found and left spotless. The entire system is now working just as it should. Rory was very pleasant to work with and offered good suggestions and explained the why of what he was doing. We did have one small adjustment and that was done quickly. It is rare you find a good company with great, pleasant people that do the job exactly as promised. I really appreciate the timely professionalism and would highly recommend this team. Thanks Rory and Fernando. Job well done!

It was difficult to find someone with experience and knowledge to maintain my Buderus (now Bosch) boiler. He did both a thorough and professional job with its cleaning. Great attitude. Ill definitely use his services again.
