Lakeview Heating and Cooling

DO NOT HIRE. Should have read the latest google reviews first. Had an appointment for them to service furnaces in our 8-unit condo building. THEY picked the day and time, which worked for us. THEY cancelled the morning of and rescheduled for another day/time that THEY picked. When the rescheduled date/time came around, they no called/no showed. Did not answer phone calls or texts asking if they were still coming and never replied to any further messages. Completely ghosted. Don't waste your time on Lakeview Heating and Cooling.

They were good when they were open. Apparently this firm is now closed. Someone else has bought their phone number... too bad.... I liked them.

They pulled a no-show during a cold snap when our heater wasnt working . Wouldnt answer the phone or messages afterwards.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS. We hired this company a couple of years ago to install a new HVAC. Originally we were happy with the services. Recently we've been trying to schedule maintenance and they did not show up. We called multiple times and sent several emails and they just disappeared. We went to their office today and there is a store for rent sign.

I've been trying to get my annual AC (and now furnace) check-up done for almost 3 months now to no avail. At first they were going to show up late and I couldn't make it. For the second window they never showed up. Since then they don't respond to emails or phone calls. Given I purchased a system through them I need to use them to keep the warranty. Lakeview, if you can please respond to me and do the annual check-up, I am happy to change my review. It just seems like you no longer respond to any outreach.
