Express has been taking care of my furnace and a/c for 15+ years. Always prompt and efficient. Also takes care of my mom's furnace and a/c. I don't trust anyone else.

While i was out of town for work, the Heating igniter on my first floor went out. Express heating and cooling came out to fix the issue and instead disconnected a thermostat on the 2nd floor, ran a new wire and drilled a new thermostat into the wall leaving me without heat on 2 floors instead of one

I have scheduled an appointment with them through my home warranty program. The 1st appointment they did NOT show up or call. Once I called the day they were to show he claimed the verbal agreement was not confirmation. Rescheduled for the following Saturday between 8-12 and what do you know another No call no show! He then claimed our appointment was between 12-4 without any apology. I will NOT sit around the house waiting for them to mess me over for a 3rd time.
