Jeanetta's Air Conditioning in Chicago

I don't know what's going on with them. They did an excellent job on my furnace last year but my furnace is old and the motor broke recently. I immediately went to their website and paid for them to come assess the situation but they processed the payment and no one ever came or called.

Never showed up and phone number is disconnected. I was still charged for the service - not sure what's going on but they may be out of business. Service: A/C system repair

Larry is a really nice guy who does great work. He shows up on time, is responsive to requests, and has reasonable rates. His website makes it easy to book him. Super personable and honest when diagnosing the problem and describing what you need to do. Great local business!

The guys at Zepsa are all stars. Show up on time, talk you through the issues they see and give honest quotes for what you need. No BS. Highly recommended. Update: Had a couple smart thermostats, a zone damper and humidifier installed in Nov. Everything working perfectly, done on time and under budget. Zepsa guys will be back in April to check the AC. Do yourself a favor and go with Zepsa!

Beware Larry Zepsa! We engaged him earlier this year to install a condenser on our roof. He cited several excuses for delays including: his van broke down, weather conditions, illness. Once he finally showed up a month later, he said that he needed to retrieve a crane to help raise the condenser to the roof, as he claimed that he didn't realize that he couldn't do this without one - even though he visited the site on several occasions previously during the quoting process. We had already paid the balance of the job at this point (several thousands), as he assured us he was on track to complete the job. However, he did not return. We reached out to him at least a dozen times via email and phone afterwards and he did not respond. Do NOT trust Larry - he is a CROOK. I hope this review protects others.
