I had reached out when I realized my apartment was over 75 degrees and I was really worried about leaving my dogs alone in the apartment. I reached out to Tim and he was here on a Saturday within 15 minutes! Not only did he get here fast but he had all the parts needed to fix my central air unit! Within 30 minutes of him being here my apartment is now cooling off and my AC Is Cold! Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

I had an issue with my My AC System, I called and they came out within a few hours. My service tech was Josh . He was very patient and answered all my questions. He gave detail of every step that he was performing and explained what I did not understand. I felt he took his time to properly assess the problem. Hopefully when my parts come in he will be the one installing it. So far this company is great and would recommend Newton Rooftop HVAC Solutions if all their techs are like the one I had.
