Outstanding service and superb products. A very helpful worker at the shop named Grant assisted me for over two hours in picking out the right setup for my home audio, and I cant thank him more for his patience and guidance throughout the evaluation process. The breadth of technical knowledge this team possesses is beyond impressive and I am thrilled with my new setup! Thanks Decibel Audio!

Stopped in today as I was looking to upgrade my turntable. The guys working there were super friendly and very helpful. I know enough about hi-fi systems to be a little bit dangerous but I'm no expert. I kind of expect to encounter a certain degree of snobbery in a place like this but, rest assured, it was nonexistent here. Their selection was insane and I left with a really nice Rega P3 turntable. Very happy with the experience and if I need anything in the future, I'll definitely check Decibel first.

At closing time Alex opened the door and provided me with some a list of repair folks for turntables. The customer service stood out, along with all the marvelous and quality equipment they had. Next time I need some audio equipment Im coming to deciBel!
