Placed an order on an item that was discontinued, they reached out and allowed me to cancel. I received a partial refund because of a 3% credit card fee (I paid with Paypal) and have been trying to contact them for over a month to get the rest of my money back with no luck. Each time I call, accounts payable staff isn't available apparently.

Not only do they not refund, nor offer a store credit. They must charge a 20% restock fee in addition to me paying the shipping, just to exchange an item I ordered in the wrong size and never opened or used. When speaking with the supposed manager, she informed me this is the company policy even though she admitted I was right and couldn't even discount the correct sized item to offset the restocking fee and/or shipping. Then she hung up on me abruptly. I wouldn't recommend my enemy to this place.

Fantastic customer service. Quick delivery. After reading all the negative reviews, I was concerned about my order and reached out to customer service for assurance. I was impressed by how quick they responded and assured me that the product was already shipped. It was delivered on time as was said by the customer service rep. I am not sure if it is trolls or real experiences from those negative reviews but for what is worth, I want to assure everyone, from my experience, that I disagree with all of those negative reviews. GCD is legit and they delivered my product fairly quick as promised! I would definitely shop again!
