        Excellent service from Ryan! I had a "black screen" situation that couldn't be recovered. I had the insurance and he walked through a submission with me that at one point required a call to the insurance company. He navigated through the phone tree and questions to a successful outcome. His help made for as good an experience as could be expected under the circumstances of having an inoperable phone. Thanks!
