        No help call t mobile on the phone to switch my service was informed to go into store. Informed the people at the store what I was told to do they said that they would not do it. I will not be switching to tmoble.

        Grateful for Juan who helped me get an accidential $250 charge removed from my account. I battled with Customer Service for multiple hours on multiple days but he was able tp get it taken care of life. Great to have the neighborhood store and the in-person support available.
