This store isn't helpful, I went to activate esim on my new phone. They put me on call with support. The support asked if I could get physical SIM from store employee and they activated it. The store employee got mad coz I didn't do it with them and said they would be charging my account for it now. I didn't even want a physical SIM. I wanted to activate esim.

In other stores they receive customers until the store is close, but this store close before the time supposed to be open and the actitud was really rude just to be there 5 minutes before close, is this people dont like work with customers you have to get another job

I spent the whole day bouncing between this location and an authorized retailer as both parties said the other needed to resolve my issue in-store. Four hours, half a tank, and nearly $20 in parking later and this location told me to come back tomorrow as it was nearing the close. I will be switching carriers, after being a loyal customer for 7+ years, unless some type of rectification is offered. I am hurt by the blatant indifference for me, my time, and my money. NEXT DAY UPDATE: Kieran just saved Verizon a customer. She was so patient and validating despite being on the phone with Customer Service for 45 minutes. Kieran needs a raise. While the 31st & Halsted Verizon Retailer needs to be shut down or absorbed.

I will never come back to this particular Verizon store . Ever ever.!! The customer service I received was horrible. It was like got I can't help you feeling from the male Representative I came in with a problem left with same problem
