The staff working at the office are friendly and try their best to help on issues and problems. The real problem(s) are that there is no customer service phone number. Also, after returning my vehicle after having it for 4 weeks, I tried to access my rental receipt with all the charges, and there was an error that I could not access the final bill/invoice. So now I have to go physically to the office to speak with a person at the office? Really? This is the United States of America in the year 2024! I think we are going backward, back to how things used to be handled back in the old days where everything was slow and nothing worked. The Flex Drive System is horrible and just to even put a Deposit Down with a valid credit card gave me errors. I recommend not renting from Flex Drive.

I came here to pick up a vehicle. 12:30 am. With a 1 pm appointment for the wrong date. I was able to adjust when the associate noted. I was able to make a 3 pm appointment. I approached both associates. After two 1 pm appointments were taken care of within 10 mins they were out with their car. Both associates are making me wait till 3pm. Steven was no help. I asked if I was going to be helped before 3pm. Steven responded, no. I would have to wait till 3 pm with a hand gesture brushing me off. According to them they are short staffed but due to me being forward about being helped before my appointment they both dismissed me and stepped out the main room. I believe you guys have a great system handling customers coming in to pick up cars. However, the dismissal and put aside making me wait 2 hours. Should be handled better. If I really had to wait till 3 ask your customer to come back at the time of the appointment.

DO NOT RENT They stole items from my car Charged me for two extra weeks when they had the car They provide no help just give me the run around and I have to take this to court because the office is run by teenagers

Horrible experience!! I submitted a complaint regarding my Express Payment option not processing days ago and there AWFUL UNPROFESSIONAL CHAT COMBATIVE SUPPORT GUY KEVYN REFUSE TO HELP AND TOLD ME I MUST WAIT UNTIL NEXT WEEK TUESDAY TO GET PAID. The audacity to blame CHASE BANK for your bad/ slow payment processing system. WHERE IS MY MONEY? I PAID FOR MY FUNDS TO BE DEPOSITED WITHIN 24 HOURS AND ITS STILL NOT IN MY ACCOUNT. ITS NOT WORTH DRIVING FOR LYFT ANYWAY. THE LONG DRIVES FOR LITTLE PAY. I WILL RETURN YOUR VEHICLE AND REQUEST MY RENTAL FEES MONEY BACK FOR THIS UNETHICAL EXPERIENCE. LYFT IS NOT FOLLOWING YOUR OWN POLICY...TO PAY WITHING 24 HRS. STOP BLAMING YOUR DRIVERS BANK. INVESTIGATION IS NEEDED. Here an update...Lyft took my earned pay and applied it to the rental cost. They never intended to pay me and that's exactly why there was no payment within 24hrs Express Pay. I paid Lyft $350 to rent there Flexdrive vehicle and l am still waiting for my $350.00 which they stated will be refunded 2 long weeks!!!!! Oh, don't trust them with your bank account information, because they will try to deduct more money for rental cost without your authorization. LOW CLASS BUSINESS AND THE MANAGER STEVE IS A SHADY JERK AT THE ELSTON AVE LOCATION IN CHICAGO. BETTER BE GLAD I RETURNED YOUR CAR SO NICELY. I COULD HAVE SAID...COME AND GET IT OR FIND IT AS MANY PEOPLE TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE DONE. YOU HAVE TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT YOUR DRIVER'S.
