      image If I could give 0 stars, I would. They were unprepared for our closing, even though they already rescheduled it once, and when I was getting nervous about time because of work (why we had scheduled the original closing when they wouldnt have been an issue), the horrible customer service woman at the front was condescending explaining how a closing works. Ive closed on a house and a refinance, and Im an adult. I know how a closing works. YOU messed up.

      image I went there to open a account was told they would call me back in a week when nothing happened I tried calling no one answered the phone several times this in my opinion is a horrible way to run a business
