Pros: - Cheap - Room sizes - Near transit - High ceiling - Hardwood flooring - Large elevator - Livable on a budget Cons: - Maintenence takes months and very slow - No doorman - Insecure door entrance, especially for packages often placed in the lobby and not in the hub - Washers and dryers are sometimes all full and sometimes break - Very small exercise room - Loud refridgerator and dishwasher - Broken dishwasher, microwave, room doors, and window blinds - Stove is only a counter-top induction stove - No loading dock

facilities are brand new; The whole design of the biulding is pretty spacious. Lighting is good; Quiet at night ; The delivery room has been fixed and my pakcages had never been stolen. The only flaw is that there is no entertainments around this area.

I have tried scheduling a showing for 2months now and everytime it gets cancelled, I emailed numerous times in regards to when is someone available to show the unit and no reply, no one responds to the 312 number that they advertise to call or text. UNPROFESSIONAL

The best part about waking up here is being another day closer to the lease ending. With noisy neighbors and paper thin walls, packages that consistently get stolen because of a lack of security, residents getting attacked in elevators with no response from management besides the fact they are going to clean the blood, and the remaining random blood splatters throughout the building. This place is grimy, gross, unsafe, and not secure. Residents are constantly renting out their units through Airbnb so you never actually know who youre living next to. With the price of this place youd expect better but it is one of the worst living experiences Ive had. I have had maintenance walk in 3 times without me ever requesting maintenance. They did not identify themselves, just walked in. When they saw me they said oops, wrong unit. I was lucky I was there at the time, who knows what they do when Im gone. Overall, this place sucks.
