They never answer my email. The contact form on the website never works. I called them a couple times, but it was always busy. One time I finally reached someone and told her about all this unresponsiveness, she said she was new and would email me back on the same day. They never wrote back to me (unsurprisingly). I just don't understand why for such a great building they would hire such unprofessional and disappointing management people...

The community, the location and the staff are great. I have stayed at 3 different managed buildings in Chicago and Sky 55 is my favorite, it has it all.

Make sure if you apply for this property you have forever to wait for a response because that’s how long they’re going to take reviewing your application. After uploading all my paperwork to the website and submitting it by email (3 times at that) to two different people I was asked to do it again one week after I initially applied!!! Talking to Jolie was so frustrating, Megan was a little better and more flexible. Apart from offer letter from my new job they asked for disclosed bank statements (Megan said no bank statement, Jolie said Megan was wrong... whatever is going on there) plus another Sky55 form for them to verify with my employer. Of course I withdrew my application and of course they kept my application and admin fees because it was more than 72 hours after I applied and here I am, one week later not even close to get a response but no penalization for them, I am the one taking the hit... just wow.
