Lived here past 2 years, thanks to manager Adriana for whenever we had issues tried resolving right away and did all she can do, also thanks to the maintenance guy-dont know his name, also the housekeeping guy, overall experience here was good. We liked the location the most

The only pro about this place is its proximity to Loyola for college students because its literally a 5 minute walk to campus. Otherwise, the elevators were literally broken multiple times a month, and I had to climb up 6 flights of stairs. We had multiple plumbing issues related to the bathtub and sinks. But the one incident that really takes the cake, is when the ceiling started leaking in multiple spots and cracked after a particularly heavy storm. They took months to come fix the cracks and paint over the water damage, even though we asked multiple times and they kept assuring us that it would be dealt with promptly. But I dont agree that it was taken care of promptly or diligently. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom. The living room/dining room area was very spacious and let in a lot of natural light. One of the rooms in our apartment did not have air conditioning so it was like a sauna even in winter, and we had to use multiple fans to survive. Also, each time the train would go by, the floor of the apartment would shake. My roommates and I lived rented from here for 3 years (2019-2022). Its clear that theres an issue with management because this place has really gone downhill. We had to deal with the most issues during our last year of living here.
