I'd recommend going elsewhere for your flooring needs. LL Flooring products are typically +30% more expensive than box stores (Home Depot, Menards, Lowe's), and about 25% more than other distributors (Indiana Hardwood Specialists, RW Supply & Design, Flooring & Decor, Hurst Hardwoods, etc.).
They claim to adhere to the "Best Price Guarantee", although will find reasons not to match the price. I had several instances where the product I presented for a price match was not only of higher quality but cheaper. The LL Flooring team even agreed that it was exactly the same, the only difference was the LL Flooring wood had a 5-year commercial warranty and the cheaper one I requested a price match on had a 25-year commercial warranty. Not sure why a superior product wouldn't receive the same price match. I had a similar experience where I presented a high-end rubber underlayment produced by some of the highest grade extruded rubber in the industry. Unfortunately, LL Flooring couldn't attest to the source material of their own manufacturer / product and subsequently denied any price match for the cheaper and high-quality product presented...
Don't go here unless you need to patch something small, you'll find significantly better deals at any other location, online, or local mill.

I had an awesome experience at LL Flooring! The sales associate was phenomenal in answering my questions about luxury vinyl flooring for the kitchen and educating me about the types of characteristics/qualities that make certain options a good choice. Although I didn't end up buying from them because I went with a color they didn't carry, they gave me the information I needed to make a great decision. I love the variety of woods available. Some are exotic and beautiful. Some were quite pricey but very beautiful. I liked the chart on the hardness of many woods.
