We went with Carpet One due to the positive reviews and we weren't let down. We explained to Heather what we were intending to do with our spare bedroom and she did a great job with our carpet choice. The installers were professional and and the carpet looks great. Now our grandson has his own bedroom when he visits. Thanks.

We had a great experience with Carpet Master Carpet One! Their pricing is reasonable and their customer service is top notch! I also love that they are such a family oriented business.
Heather and Randee were great help in picking out the color that we wanted. They both were knowledgeable in every type of carpet they showed us. When showing us different options, they kept in mind that we have small children and a pet, which lead us to a carpet that would be stain resistant and easy to clean.
Once we settled on a color, Heather came out the next day to measure. The day after that we had our quote and the carpet was ordered. It came in way faster than we were thinking!
The install was painless too! All we had to do was make sure the carpeted areas were empty of furniture. The team did a great job and they were fast and efficient! AND it did not take 3-4 weeks to get on their schedule. The carpet came in on a Thursday and we were on the schedule for the following Tuesday.
Overall, we loved our experience with Carpet Master Carpet One! I would highly recommend them for all of your flooring needs.

From start to finish we had an outstanding experience. We had shopped around and were getting discouraged about our plans to replace flooring. Other places around town wanted to charge more for lower quality flooring. They worked with us to stay within our budget and didnt pressure us to spend more. The guys that came to put in the flooring were professional...offered suggestions on ways to make new flooring flow with our other flooring...replaced thresholds at no extra expense. Bonus: they vacuumed every day before they left. Highly recommend.. Quality flooring at reasonable prices
