Always a great experience with Heather and her experienced crew. The team helped me find some material I needed for a small job and also provided me with insight to an upcoming bathroom remodel with a sample of material I had. Previously I've had excellent experience with Carpet Master Carpet One team coming to perform the full measurement, removal, and installation of flooring. Excellent and quick work with reliable timelines.

Last summer my wife and I bought a home that needed a lot of work.
Carpet one office staff and installers were friendly and very professional.
They helped us stay on budget but still made it look upscale.
They replaced all of our flooring in the entire home and they redid our bathroom and our kitchen!
Great experience from start to finish!
If I could give them more than 5 starts, I would.

The installation crew were true craftsmen that cared about the highest quality work, not just hourly workers marking time. They ensured the flooring surface was in perfect shape before installation to avoid problems down the road. They listened and were very good at their craft, and Heather was very helpful in helping us choose the right materials and design. I would highly recommend the Champaign franchise with zero hesitation.
