Can't believe I'm agreeing with Philip F, a man who thinks pine wood typically has ten times greater mass per volume than water (I wish I was joking), but yeah INB is great compared to all the other banks I've dealt with in the past. I guess some facts are undeniable.

INB's business checking account system is QuickBooks direct-connect compatible.
Outside of the national banks, they're really your only option if you want a local bank that can offer a realtime connection between your accounting software and your bank's transactions. Most banks' data can lag by as much as a few days.
Great retail staff who will still allow employees to cash their checks at the bank.
And, of course, an amazing commercial loan department with a shockingly high commercial loan limit and very quick decision making capabilities.
Also they have pretty good coffee and snacks in the lobby, for what that's worth.
