5 star bank that gives a 5 star experience! The staff here is top notch, all around! No matter what type of help you need from this bank, they have the perfect person to help! I must say my personal banker Allison is incredible! So ON IT, personable, and action oriented! Its a great feeling! Anytime Ive ever needed anything, shes always right there to address and help with things!! And lets talk about the hours! Open until 7pm, 6 days a week!! Glad to call first federal my bank!!

I wish they hadnt closed their lobby on Saturdays recently. Any time you reduce access for people is a step backwards in the customer service world, in my opinion. I dont enjoy trying to do banking transactions in my car or spending extensive amounts of time in the drive-up line waiting for help. Just a bummer.

This is a great bank! I had some problems with them, nothing to big, just some frustrations that seemed to be more of an inconvience than they actually were. HOWEVER! And that However is in all caps for a reason. Someone had stolen my card info while my wife and I were on vacation. Once we called the bank it was as if it never happened. It was the most professional transaction I had ever witnessed and I was very greatful that I was at this bank. Their integrity is outstanding and very hard to find now a days. I am very greatful to them for what they have done and wont be leaving for a long time to come, if ever.
