I enjoyed my nearly 3 years at Coler Crossing (June 2019-January 2022). The only reason why I ended my lease and had a friend's child sublease my unit was because I moved out of state. The apartment is roomy, maintenance is prompt and friendly, and the unit is generally paid attention to. David is responsive as a leasing manager and is friendly while being very straightforward. Issues that we had with the unit were fixed within hours of me putting in a request, and their rental payment system is unpretentious and easy. I also particularly love having 2 parking spaces included in the lease.

Absolutely irresponsible leasing company; not worth anyone's time or money. Filled out an application, signed a lease, and was told my lease was given to someone else a week later. No warning or contact from the company after four emails, they ate my $70 fee, and have yet to come up with a solid reason for why my lease was cancelled. A simple money grab; a scheming, dishonest, and manipulative company.
