Michael is one of the very best landlords I've ever had, with his immediate response to the very few problems. His care and attention to the whole neighborhood made it a great place to live. He also worked hard to assist me when I had to move out of town in the middle of my lease to find a replacement tenant.

Leasing from RDI properties has been an absolute dream! They are conscientious and professional, delivering a standard of service that I have never before experienced from a property management company. My husband and I moved to Champaign in May 2022 due to my new job at the U of I. We had never visited Illinois before, and we moved sight unseen. I saw the RDI website and reached out, and Michael was kind enough to educate me on our options and share some helpful insights about the area. We leased a beautiful home on State Street from him, and if we weren't eager to invest in real estate ourselves, we would be staying there for many years. What is most remarkable to me is the timeliness with which RDI Properties responds to issues. A simple email to Michael is often answered within the hour--even beyond typical business hours. He and his wonderful team (shout out to the amazing Tom!) have solved every little problem we've run into with speed and grace, consistently exceeding our expectations. I am so happy that I contacted RDI Properties before we moved to Champaign. Thank you to this excellent team for their care and commitment!

Great neighborhood and neighborseasy walk to all the best parts of downtown Champaign! I moved here from out of state and feel lucky to have arrived in such an excellent part of town with the RDI management team!!

For three years, Michael and his staff not only gave me two beautiful places to live, they gave me a place I could call home. Their professionalism and integrity as landlords is recognizable. As an openly transgender individual, we all know all too well the difficulties of finding LGBTQ+ affirming housing. I could not have have found a more inclusive staff and landlord. Most especially, a landlord who proactively makes it point to be trans-inclusive! I've never had issues with maintenance, accommodations for unique circumstances, etc. Each time, my requests or concerns were handled almost immediately. I lived in both The Quarters and in one of their single family homes. Both were updated, extremely welcoming, and like I've said: RDI made sure I was able to call these units home. I'm moving out to Chicago, but if I find myself living in Champaign again, I know Michael will be first person I call to find a new place. I cannot emphasize the importance of landlords that are LGBTQ+ inclusive. I always felt treated with respect, dignity, humanness. RDI proudly rents to trans folx, LGBTQ young professionals, same-gender couples. For central Illionis, this is a big deal! Thank you Michael, Elizabeth, Bob and the rest of the team for making Champaign home!
