        Don't let the good reviews here fool you--212 East held a raffle to win $200 gift cards if you leave a review on Google. This company is incredibly scummy; they have terminated leases 2 months before move-in from double-booking units, ignored roommate requests, raised rent prices, and all the while management is extremely rude. They are not willing to listen to or help residents, and are unresponsive over email. Do not sign here!!!

        Be aware, most of the reviews for this building are fake/coerced reviews (look at the accounts of those who "reviewed" and gave 5 stars and the dates they were posted). The management for this building is terrible and have unsavory business practices. (Over booking and then cancelling signed leases for people). Do not sign with them.
