        They have had floods for the two years Ive been here. Also recently theyve started doing maintenance with power tools in the room above me starting at 6:45 am. If you want to sleep and still have your belongings intact, think long and hard before choosing to live here. Also, last year they paid the RAs to badger people to give five star reviews so the ratings for the building would be higher when people search online.

        1/15/24 UPDATE Still would not recommend- For what you pay- its not worth it. Food has not improved, Front desk does not answer the phone even during business hours. You get a central billing office that only takes messages. I don't even bother leaving a message Now going back from winter break, the rooms are freezing- its 56 degrees in the room and no hot water. 1/16/24 still no heat or hot water. This has gone on since he arrived on 1/14/24 Would not recommend- still waiting on a final reply from Sam from this summer on false advertisement on bed size, then upon checking we were given a room with SOAKING WET carpet and were told we would receive credits on our account- We are still waiting on those. Parking is a mess and you don't get your assigned spot and my sons truck will end up damaged and I am still waiting on a return call from a week and a half ago on that. They do not follow up if you call nor do they resolve issues. For what you pay- its not worth is. Don't go by reviews on social media either- If you post anything there, it gets deleted. Feedback is the food is not good and they don't let you downgrade your food place- only upgrade. So we will be paying for food he's not eating. Brandon at the front desk has been great and the crew from TX that came for check in was also great, but the crew from TX of course doesn't manage the facility.....

      Meredyth, regarding the power tools, I apologize for the inconvenience. Our vendor took it upon themselves to start their work early, which we immediately addressed upon learning this matter. Our team is aware of the flooding issues that have occurred not only in our buildings but across campus. We have addressed the water infiltrations alongside having remediation companies complete all repairs, including the complete drying of all areas, drywall work, etc. I am glad that your apartment was not affected. Lastly, our RA's were incentivized to obtain reviews, however, the message they passed along was incorrect, as they took it to the extreme, which I apologize for. We addressed this matter internally and resolved it. Moving forward if you have any concerns, please reach out to me directly so I can quickly assist you with any future issues.
