Best leasing agency on campus by far. Staff are super helpful and funny, and they do their best to make sure you truly have a good living experience. Maintenance was always super quick and did the job right on the first try. They also do their best to give you your entire deposit back and don't try to cheat you as long as you do what they require on the checklist. Overall would recommend this leasing agency so much and am sad that I am not living under them anymore.

It was just a few days ago, and we had a great time. We are going to have a good meeting today with a little more time. We can talk more about the next steps to take a look at the property you have on file for viewing. By the next week, we will have the final draft done for the project. We have been working through the last opportunity for a new design.

Worst leasing company in town. I rented with them two consecutive school years (i.e. so I would not have to move over the summer); however they randomly and without prior (or after) notice shut off the electricity. The consequence being, when I was out of town, my freezer contents melted and attracted an immense number of fruit flies in fridge, freezer, and all over my apartment. When the electricity came back the ones in the fridge/freezer just died there, and the ones in the apartment were still flying around. When I came back for the fall I was greeted with an avalanche of dead and some live flies. I just stayed in a hotel that night. When I brought it up to their office, and I talked to either the founder or head manager, they would not take responsibility, they just said "yeah we're not paying for that" to my hotel bill, they basically said "not my problem" even though there could have been no electric outage unless they authorized work on the place. Please avoid my mistake and avoid this and also don't go to Watson's Chicken in Downtown which is owned by the owner of Roland, I got diarrhea from there both times I ate there.
