Best Western Plus Bourbonnais Hotel & Suites

Cerise and L'Tania were great. They were courteous, respectful, and patient while taking care of guests at the front desk, the lounge, and cafe.

I don't usually write reviews but i know I had to leave one for this particular hotel. I was a bit skeptical at first because we've never stayed at a Best Western hotel before but we were going with some family that already had reservations here and I'm very glad they made this choice. As soon as we came in we were greeted by a friendly smile, it was Heather who was covering the front desk amongst other things. We had some minor issues in our room and Heather was very quick and happy to healp make our stay as comfortable as she could for us. She was also very busy doing other things to help run the hotel as best as she could. We later had the opportunity to meet LaTanya, who was there the second day of our stay. This lady was also very nice and was working non stop to cover front desk, breakfast, cleaning, etc. These are some of the most hard working ladies I've encountered at a hotel because they were always busy doing things to make the place run smoothly. Maria was such a warm and friendly hotel housekeeper who I had the pleasure of speaking to. Who was also doing the most with such a great positive attitude and a smile on her face. These ladies made our stay so much better and it's because of them that I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay. I was so impressed with these ladies work ethic that I kept telling my husband how wonderful they are and how they deserve a pay raise for all they do. A big kudos to them because they deserve to be recognized

Food & drinks: Breakfast was really bad.

So clean, I felt comfortable doing my morning push-ups on the floor. Fabulous, well stocked breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed last night with my family, the room is spacious, everything very clean, good service, and the breakfast was excellent! We would definitely choose Best Western again.
