We love this hotel, twice weve stayed here- the first time being the week they opened last year, was there for a week or two cant remember exactly and again two weeks this current trip out! The rooms are spacious I love all the counter space throughout the rooms and I cannot praise them enough for having outlets along the counters so I dont have to stand on my head behind some furniture to plug kids devices and computers in! The back patio area off the pool is probably my favorite- its beautiful to sit out back there have my morning coffee this current trip we have all the kids and its Easter and we were able to do a mini Easter egg hunt in the grass along side the pond, weve been out there to do bubbles and chalk- we love that the pool is heated and open as well!! The staff is absolutely the best weve ever come across all around- and we travel a lot and only stay at Hiltonsweve come across some uptight/mean/snarky Hilton employees but not here- every single one of them is a joy!! they go above and beyond every time!!! Even helped me hide the Easter baskets for my kids and when we came down for breakfast brought out the baskets and said the bunny brought them by! Ive had to get packages sent here and theyre always so accommodating! I love the lady who does the breakfast in the mornings.. so friendly and helpful! I wish there was more options Id personally love biscuits and gravy lol however eggs waffles and cereal is about all my kids eat anyways- lol and hey its free with stay! We like the location- my only 2 small complaints is that it states queen beds and these are full beds and arent the most comfortable beds but def not the worst weve slept on either!! Second is the trash bags they use they just shred if theres more than a tissue in it- and so everytime I go to change it out I usually end up cleaning up all the scattered trash thats fallen from the bags that just rips in a million places- I went and bought a box of trash bags to use while we stay here- but everything else about staying here makes up for that!! Any time we need to be in the area we stay here!! Always clean! And thats a huge thing for me!! Esp in a hotel that allows dogs- weve been in hotels that as soon as you walk in you can smell them.. But not here! And we are usually here for longer periods of times and its always clean!! Across the board one of my favorite home 2 suites locations

Was a nice stay, modern and has everything you need. Only complaint was you can hear a child running around on the floor above us. They settled down not too late so it wasnt a big deal. Front desk was nice and facility is clean.

If you are ever in this area, you MUST stay here! I was here for work and had an issue with my tv. I called for help and a TEAM of managers came in to correct the issue. They helped me pack my belongings and carries my items to my new room ( which was an upgrade by the way). Everyone was so nice and followed up with my stay to ensure I was having a great experience. The customer service is no joke here! The staff cares about your stay, the food is great and fresh and housekeeping does a superb job! You can tell they love their job, and understands hospitability!!!! I have shared this hotel location with my company and will be staying here EVERYTIME I am in the area! Way to go Home2Suites; you hit a homerun!!!!
Rooms: Love the fact that you have real dinnerware and a large fridge to store groceries! Super clean hotel!
Nearby activities: So many restaurants nearby and multiple door dash and Uber eat delivery options. Close to Naperville and shop and near all major highways.
Safety: I feel very safe at this location. All exterior doors are badged for hotel keys. Parking lot is well lit and clean. Hotel rooms have a very sturdy locking system and doors.
Food & drinks: Breakfast is fresh and their marketplace has a nice selection of items to choose from.
