The room was in decent shape I guess, the hallway and the elevator smelled really badly like seafood and was extremely overwhelming. The front desk said that they had to charge my card when I got there, I explained to her that my card was already charged, and she still insisted that it wasnt. Come to find out I was double charged for the room and also charged an $80 fee for no apparent reason. They told me I would get it refunded, but days later, Im still waiting for that to happen. So I guess pay close attention to the charges!

This staff and management are amazing. I lost some expensive personal items and they went above and beyond standard customer service to help me recover them after I had checked out. I cant thank them enough.
