He was very rude and wasn't prepared , he takes cash or check only but only does receipts by email we won't use him again

I called Mark on a Monday to repair my washer, the water wasn't draining. I assumed a sock or small item may have it jammed. He charged me $75 to tell me it needed a new belt. The belt looked fine to me, but I took his word. Marked returned on Wednesday and charged me another $75 to replace the belt. Combining the two days, I would say he spent a total of 15 minutes at my home. Mark assured me the washer was fixed and he had checked all of the cycles. My big question. Is the washer draining. Yes. In fact, it is finishing its cycles. I took his word. I didn't decide to wash until Friday. Mind you, he was at my home on Wednesday. To my surprise, the washer had been going the entire time. It was filled with water, but would not drain. (spinning) I KNOW MY WATER BILL WILL BE THRU THE ROOF! I immediately called Mark and left a panic message. I called and called to no avail. He never returned my calls. I gave him $150 for nothing. I wouldn't recommend his service.
