These people are great. I've never been to the store in person, didn't need to. I called and told then what I wanted and that we we're unable to drive. The first time I bought a fridge and paid in advance over the phone. They brought the fridge out on time and it worked(s) great. Two months later I bought a washer/dryer combo and they brought it out and let me pay cash on delivery and we couldn't be happier. I don't usually bother with reviews but they deserve it. Thanks
Edit: Had a small problem with the washer, called in and they came out in 2 days and fixed it at no charge. Again, I highly recommend these people. Thanks again Midwest.

We came in and was looking for a stove and fridge. The fridge went out in a couple of weeks. We took it back and tried to get the money back. On the receipt that we were handed didnt have anything on it stating no refunds and that we would not be able to get our money back. The receipt in fact does not have anything on it but the price we paid. The women that works there is one of the rudest we have encountered. She should really work on her customer service skills. I dont care if everyday is bad for her there is no reason to take it out on people. I will never come to this store again! We were just trying to support a small business.
