I only leave this low of a review because it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone on the phone at ANY location! Ive tried multiple times for multiple locations no one ever answers!

I just spoke with Stephanie, the manager in the Call Center and her customer service was extremely rude, condescending and disrespectful. I then spoke with her manager Cindy Wilfong but she could not undo the poor taste Stephanie left. Stephanie is a manager, part of her position is to draw business, not push it away like she did today! I've read a few recent reviews, looks like the business needs to push a customer service training course on their staff.

Honestly, one of the worst credit unions Ive been a part of- save your time, money, and energy and head to Scott CU! Revity charges fees for every little thing, has some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced, and are unable to do basic banking stuff that other credit unions and banks handle with ease. How is this place still open?

Revity is not well managed and the way they treat their employees is terrible. They only seem to give recognition to those few that have been there over 10+ years. The trainers are horrible, they do not value you or recongnize as a member of their team and also do not pay well for duties required of their MSR's in relation to other financials. It is a very unprofessional and I would recommend looking the other way.
