Called GE call center yesterday and they set this company up to have a service technician out this afternoon, and never called or showed up. I even asked them yesterday if there was another company to use after seeing their reviews. I called an hour ago also and nobody answered. I shouldve been clearer with them about using somebody else after seeing these reviews. Now I have to wait several days with the holidays coming up again to get my appliance fixed.

Shut up on time, courteous, professional, found out what the problem was, and have ordered parts . Waiting on the final repair.

This company is AWFUL. DO NOT use them if you can help it. They are the company that was hired through my warranty. My washer went out 2 days before Thanksgiving. Scheduled an appointment the Monday after Thanksgiving and on that day they called me and told me they couldnt come until Wednesday. So after over a week someone finally came out and identified the problem in 10 minutes. The repairmen said the part needed to be ordered. Its been a month and they still do not have the part and they never answer the phone. I dont understand how this company is still in business.

Stay far away from this company as you can. They were sent to my home to replace a door that only had a cosmetic issue (a dent). That was the ONLY flaw. Their first technician destroyed my refrigerator. It was leaking water for weeks I had to purchase another refrigerator because they were still waiting on parts. The second tech they sent out (they fired the first one) couldnt fix the door because the first one destroyed the flapper. Now almost a month later the refrigerator is still not fixed and they have to order more parts because of the damage done by their technician. I am considering pursuing legal action because the only damage was cosmetic and their technician entered my home and caused a slew of other problems. I have never seen a repair company so incompetent. I wish I read the reviews before allowing them in my home I would have paid someone else to replace the door because it only gets worse whenever its time for them to touch it!
