Pottery Barn Outlet

I stop in today (February 15, 2024) I was so excited to see what pottery barn had to offer as this was my first time ever walking into this particular store. I came in, walked around, as I was walking around. I went past three sales associates, who never spoke, greeted me in any type of way, shape or form, or even acknowledge that I was there. However, I noticed other customers that came in werent treated in that manner. I still wanted to try to give the store a positive review so I walked around despite seeing what was going on. I had made my way all around the store and by this time saw even more sales associates that were standing around at the check out ,doing nothing but talking. I then proceeded to go out the front doors. I called and inform the manager of the service I receive, or lack there of .Who was not very helpful. Horrible customer service will not be going back.

Good place to shop for pottery barn furniture at discounted price, the shop is huge and the sales people have organized it well so its easy to access.

This place is a scam. They price damaged goods at full pottery barn price and try to sell them at a discount. Found a damaged desk listed for $2,500 at half off. Same desk online for $2,000 BRAND NEW. There are still slight discounts but nothing near what they advertise. Online prices are also not honored at the outlet store even if they are from THE pottery barn website.
