This company does not deserve the one star I have to give in order to write a review. I purchased a couch in September, and now it is December and I have yet to see the couch I purchased or a refund. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB and now I am in the process of filing a dispute with my bank. Go to Ashley, I received the same couch both cheaper and faster.

I was satisfied with my order almost. Didn't get an item but overall its a friendly and helpful store with nice customer service.

If I could give this a 0 STAR RATING I WOULD! This company is by far the worst I have ever dealt with! My husband and I are getting charged 180 every two weeks for furniture we don’t have! First they delivered our table and the two couches and not to mention it was a display! Like you guys couldn’t tell us that before we had you deliver? Not to mention there was so many scratches on each of them and the bottom the of legs for our table were messed up. Then the delivery guys come and leave the biggest hole in our wall and done tell us anything until they left. We were told within two weeks we were going to get that fixed and no one has contacted us.. We sent pictures to an email and “promised” something was going to be done and we are going on two months with absolutely nothing. My husband has literally called this place every other day and all he gets is “manager not here right now, we will leave a message or manager will you call you back within the hour.” After a month of calling my husband was finally able to speak to a manager and he was told he was going to get a free recliner which we were totally okay with. Manager said it will be delivered today (Thursday March 7th between the hours of 2pm-6pm) I missed a half a day at work to be home to wait... and guess what no one showed up. We called at 6:45 before they closed and we were told the delivery drivers are not answering their phone and manager was going to call within an hour... and we have yet to hear anything. Not even an apology for the bs we have to go through for this company. We went out of our way to go to discount furniture to be told we will be contacted. This is ridiculous. Manager rubs it in our face he refunded us 180 but ends up taking it out two weeks later! This company is a joke. I don’t ever want to recommend this place to anyone! Please go to lampheres furniture they have better customer service and ALWAYS puts their customers first!!
