Failure to honor pricing agreement and availability.

Nice clean trucks, good equipment, and the prices beat the competition.

It's a storage unit. Pretty expensive for how run down it is. No dumpsters or trash cans which is not good at a storage facility.

They dont answer the phones, no matter when or at what time of day you call. Not good customer service.

Very friendly and even though our moving situation got very complicated they were supportive and understanding.
