I was impressed by the level of customer service from Tammy,(forgive me if I got her name wrong) the store manager at the Claires in the Twin Falls mall. She went out of her way and took the time to give my friend and I top notch care and service, and made each customer feel as though they were a priority. She was excellent about letting each customer know that she had seen them and would be with them shortly, the store was clean, and she was thorough of her explanations of the stores sales and perks, and was more than willing to answer any question we had with a pleasant disposition. I am happy to say that because of her service, I will be back.

Great service the store was busy I got a couple piercings and waiting in line for a little while. First off listening to Tammie give such great service to the customer in front of me made me want to stay! Her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding far above todays standards thank you! I will be back!!
