To start, when I arrived in the store it was a mess. I was ignored and there appeared to be nobody working. After about five minutes someone came from the backroom and I had to go up to them and ask for a piercing. The piercing went on and I asked several times for the women to move the dots on my ears and she did not listen. The piercing was un even and went in sideways. After several days the pain became unmanageable and I took them out. I was pierced by a women named Nicole. I went to the Nampa location and the store manager was very helpful and re pierced my ears for free and was very professional. Save yourself sometime and do not go to this location. And if you do make sure it is not Nicole piercing your ears.

Really bad customer service... Last week my mom got this hairclip. And it broke the next day when she went to put it in my hair. So I took it to Claire's to see if I could swap it for a new one. It was on the shelf and the lady looked at the 1st broken clip then handed me the new one which is in the picture. Yesterday I wore it to work then when I went to take it out it broke on the same place... Took it back to Claire's to see if I could just swap it for a new one. I thought I could just use my mom's email or phone number and they could pull up the transaction. Turns out they can't yet my mom was told it could be pulled up like in this way. Apparently I needed the receipt and the broken hairclip or I needed the card that was originally used to pay for it and the tag for the clip. I didn't have either so I asked her if she could keep the hairclip and warn others about it breaking easily. She said she's just going to throw it away. Thanks a bunch.
