I have my 4 years old daughters ears pierced today,after all the reviews here I was very worried about it,but I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did .The girl (Alex) was all by herself running the register and also provided us a great service ,she was so careful with my daughter and did an awesome job .All the cleaning procedures was followed and my daughter didnt even cry .Thank you

**Only a 5 star so this review will be seen** Please do yourself a favor and get your ears pierced at a actual piercing shop, unless you like the idea of infection and extreme uncomfort. They use piercing guns here, and if you look into it, piercing guns are not safe or clean, using a one time piercing needle as is an industry standard and an actual certified piercer would scoff at the thought of making a safe, easy and fast procedure, dirty unsafe and not even faster. A real certified piercer, will use a one time use hollow needle to make the initial hole and then feed the piercing through it. It doesn't hurt very much and won't leave your ears nearly as sore, you shouldn't go to the mall for piercings, I wouldn't go to a shoe shop asking for them to do yard work.

The girl in the store was sitting there on her phone. Not asking anyone if they needed help. This place is suppose to be fun to shop to etc. BUT the cashier (who has face tattoos in whats supposed to be a kids store) was very rude and was dragging her hands everywhere like she was such in a rush to charge us She barely looked up from her phone to check us out!!! and gave Attitude thro out the whole transaction. She needs to work on her customer service if you are going to be a cashier to a fun and friendly place like that.

Very clean, organized and stocked with a variety of jewelry for all ages. The staff was super nice and helpful!
