My family came to the Quincy house apartments after managing apartments for family but growing too large for where we were living. We have rented from UVPM for almost a year. They have been the easiest property managers to work with. The biggest thing for me is that communication was always excellent and my expectations were always set and managed by them. I enjoyed our interactions and appreciated their care of my family.

I have rented through them for 2 years and have loved their service! I had a chance to tour each apartment/home I have lived in and any problems we had were fixed the next day. Very reasonable on rent and utilities (especially at the Quincy House location). Sad to finally leave but it has been a fabulous experience.

We have been renting from Upper Valley Property Management for 2 years now. We have had very few issues with our place, but whenever an issue came up they were on top of it and had everything taken care of within a few days. Treon is incredibly responsive to messages and has always followed through on everything he has said. He worked with us to have the flooring updated at the end of our first year. He was always very positive and pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend renting from Upper Valley!

My wife and I have been renting from upper valley management for the last 8 months and we have had a great experience working with them. Everyone of our expectations have been met and exceeded!
My wife and I didn't have an apartment lined up for when we moved to Rexburg. We were just about to get married and still had no luck finding an apartment. We fasted and prayed one Sunday and the following week, Treon from upper valley management reached out to us with an apartment he just had open up. Treon was literally an answer to our fasting and praying. He was very professional and timely to respond to our questions and concerns. He took time out of his busy schedule to do a video tour of the apartment before we moved in, as we were out of state, and wanted to see the apartment. Upper Valley Property Managements website was set up to easily sign and secure our contract before we even got to town. Their website even included a way to purchase renters insurance all in one stop as well.
In the winter when we moved in to our apartment the heaters and home were all ready for us. The apartment we rented was a great deal and right next to campus. We moved in to a clean, affordable, and nice apartment. Thanks to Treon, we have really enjoyed our time here. If you are newly married, just moved to Rexburg, or just needing a place to rent, we highly recommend upper valley management.
