        I post several packages and letters a year overseas and domestically. The staff and manager have always been very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, professional and efficient. I would love a drive thru mailbox to drop letters in. That's the only negative comment I have.

        One of the worst post office I have ever dealt with. When it comes to smart post from fedex I highly recommend if you like in new plymouth dont do it as itll take them forever to accept items an when you call they will say you dont have your items there so I called the 1800 number an they said the post office in new Plymouth should have accepted the smart post 4 days ago... very irritated with this post office worthless
