        Staff here are usually really friendly. They have lots of mailboxes if needed. Even though there's a line it moves fairly quick.

        I would give them a ZERO rating if I could! My shovels were due to be DELIVERED on 1/19. They were in MERIDIAN, at 7:30am on 1/19. After I called them in the afternoon, I was told they would be delivered on Saturday, 1/20, DUE TO roads and weather related. Then around 4pm. I had a UPS delivery made to me, that was NOT shovels. I paid $100 in shipping costs to receive my shovels. My previous shovel was stolen. The roads and weather were in FINE conditions, as was clearly demonstrated by the UPS driver delivering an item (that was not my shovels) on Friday, 1/19. I called today, 1/20, only to be told ANOTHER LIE >>> THAT IT WAS WEATHER RELATED, and that the Dispatch ARBITRARILY DECIDED to CHANGE and DELAY THE DELIVERY DATE, clear out to MONDAY!!! That is 3 days delayed, despite the fact that my shovels have been sitting in Meridian with clear warm weather conditions since Friday!!! UPS has NO REGARD for their customers!!! Global Industries have every concern regarding when my items are delivered and I will not only advise them of the complete shaft job Ive had with UPS, but I will also do my best to dissuade them from using them as a carrier in the future.
