After a recent huge windstorm, we realized this was the year to replace our roof. The old roof had to come off and the new one installed. Diamond Roofing did a great job for us on our large and a bit complicated roof. The roof looks fantastic, they cleaned up every little bit, and Rolando was professional and personable. Very accommodating, easy to work with and really understood our needs with a very unique roof. Before contracting Rolando w/Diamond Roofing, we had 3 past roofing agreements were the company increased their price after we committed and before any work had started due to the complexity of our 1910 Victorian Queen Anne Home. To give an example of how accommodating Rolanda was he provided us a "labor only" bid allowing us to purchase our roofing materials @ Lowe's to get our Veteran's discounts. We also had to replace the fascia and crown molding so the job had to get done in 2 phases which where about 2 weeks apart.
