Jeff came over to give me a quote for my two bathrooms. He was very personable and knowledgeable about his products. I look forward to working with him on this project! Please note this review was only written for Jeffs sales ability and not an actual review of the work done by New Castle Installs. My advice would be to steer clear from this so called company unless you like poor workmanship and and feel like overpaying for a product that you will most likely have to remove after. If you do decide to settle for them make sure you have an attorney and if they send an installer by the name of Matt you may want to check that you dont have an illegal drain installed and that he didnt leave all his trash in your crawlspace. A little back story. We purchased 1/2 of the windows that need replacing in our home because nine windows are costing us over $13k. The windows that were installed in February 2023, as we just learned, are not even the windows we ordered - they look the same but are missing one small but valuable piece. In addition, (as you can see from the pictures) the trim that was taken down to replace the windows was not replaced as it was a single solid piece. In March 2023, I spoke with two different individuals at New Castle Installs and was told the issue would be taken care of. I even sent these pictures to one of the individuals who said he would come out and look at it - never saw or heard from him again. I felt that when I said I was not purchasing additional windows at this time that my install was of no further value to them. I attempted to contact them today to inquire, yet again, about the incomplete job, and sat on hold. When I got frustrated and hug up, I received a text message stating "Sorry I missed your call. I will get back to you as soon as I can. Is there anything I should know in the meantime? Thank you." I am not a happy customer at the moment. 5/15/23 UPDATE ***** Called again and got voicemail. I left a message and will wait for a response. If I do not hear back I will call again tomorrow. Service: Window installation

Jeff came out and checked out our roof, and was very professional and wasn't pushy at all. Gave us the Information we needed on replacing our roof when we are ready.
